I went to get a repair for a recall, the service I received first from Jacob was impeccable.  He was very courteous, and understanding  with my not being able to get there at my scheduled time.

Then he thought they would have my car overnight, but I got it back the same day,  with a semi inspection and it was cleaned..great service.
