I came down to Scott Clark Honda to buy my 2019 Ford Explorer from East Tennessee! The service I received from the entire staff was phenomenal and worth the drive. Stormin Norman took me through the vehicle, showing me all the features, and we took a nice test drive. He was professional and helped me questions I had even after I got the car home days later. I had a wonderful experience at this dealership! I was in and out in record time. Asel (sales person) was awesome and my finance guy was very thorough and fast!

The only complaint I have is that I have to go all the way back (an hour drive) just to program the spare key fob that I purchased. After spending that kind of money, I shouldn’t have to take time off work to drive all the way back there for a simple programming of a key fob only when it works for them, apparently only Wednesdays between 10-12.

Other than that, it was a great experience. I highly recommend this dealership, and that does NOT happen often!
