Marshall Moore was my Assistant Service Manager on April 3rd 2024. I took my Toyota in to be serviced and had an awesome experience. Marshall made sure that I received a text message from the Mechanics, that explained what areas needed to be fixed.  Marshall talked with me about the Mechanics diagnosis for my car. He made sure that the price was affordable for me. He was courteous and kind. I always feel comfortable with discussing what my car needs, to ensure that there are no major issues that will hinder me from driving my car. Being a retired teacher it is so good to know that whatever my car needs for continuing safety on the highway it is affordable for my budget. It is always a pleasure doing business with Marshall.

Fast service and people I had contact with were nice and friendly! Got a pretty good deal for a used 2022 Tacoma 4x4 with 25K miles! My only problem was I was in a hurry to get another vehicle after my 2009 Tacoma was totaled in Charlotte, NC! I didn’t notice the front right and right rear center tire caps were missing! I can’t believe the sales people didn’t notice or advise me! Noticed the next day and that was my fault! Went online and purchased (2) for a total of $93! Not going to make a big issue! I’m satisfied with my vehicle!
