Very knowledgeable of the features of our new Ford Mustang Mach-E, willing to seat in the car with us and walk through everything we needed to know with a lot of patience like he had all the day for us, no rush. We did not take all his time but he made us feel like he was there just for us and to really make sure we understood everything before we leaving the dealership. A few days later he and his workmates were kind enough to support our small business at the Kalamazoo Farmers Market.
