I was in a nightmare situation with KIA and upside down on a loan. I had visited many dealerships in the area including some within the auto mall itself, however it was the impressive care of the customer that made me proceed at this dealership.
I walked in asking for a female saleswoman because I was sick of being lied to by all the male salesmen I had experiences with and it was Lupe and Katia that drew me in and made me feel valued and determined to help me find a reasonable solution to my problem.
