He was easy to talk to and did everything he could to earn my business  without making me feel like just a number. Managers also introduced themselves and made follow up calls. Last week I purchased a new 2024 Toyota Camry XSE. For 13 years I drove a 2011 Toyota Corolla pictured right behind and beside the Camry. I knew I wanted to upgrade to the Camry for more space and luxury compared to the Corolla. The advantage I had going into multiple dealerships was the ability to walk away because I didn’t need a new car, I simply wanted it. I walked out of many Toyotas. When reaching out to multiple Toyotas online, I got paired with Roman for this Seminole location. He was very relaxed, honest, didn’t pressure too much like many car salesman do, and still kept in contact when I didn’t make the first appointment and walked out the door the first time at this location. He took time out of his evening and sent a video of some of the Camry’s on the lot as our first interaction. People are going to have positive and negative experiences at every dealership. Out of the 6 Toyota dealerships I spoke to in the Orlando area, this one managed to be the best one of them all and unfortunately the furthest one from me lol. I highly recommend going in and asking for Roman. Going on a weekday vs a weekend. Also find another Toyota dealership willing to work with you. For me it was between Seminole and Central Florida to see who could get me the better price. Roman got me the better deal which was better for me because central Florida Toyota was like a madhouse when I went there. But again reviews are subject to change because when I drive back to Sanford for my maintenance it could be a different experience with their service team. I hope it remains a positive one. 2: understand every Toyota location people have different experiences, some positive, some negative. Point 1 to make it positive.
3: Contact multiple Toyotas to make sure you’re getting the best deal. For me, Seminole came out on top.
