Car maintenance to me is usually the same as how I think of dental appointments... "Well, that wasn't as awful as I thought!" is typically the best review I can do. BUT. I have to say my visits with Sewell Plano has consistently been pretty darn pleasant. What I truly appreciate about these folks (thank you Jamie!) is that they not only take the time to explain what's on the paper recos, but also do a video walkthrough by the technician as he/she is working on the car. Now I don't have to pretend that I understand what's written up, because the technician is narrating what those are on my actual car. Nice. On top of that, the coffee is good, the wifi is fast, and my Countryman JCW came out sparklingly clean. Nice x 2.

We had such a great experience buying a certified pre-owned BMW at Sewell thanks to Maxie and Ta’Tyanna! We had two vehicles in mind when we came to the dealership on a busy Saturday morning. The two ladies at the front desk were friendly and had us talking to a salesperson in no time! The real stars were Maxie and Ta’Tyanna. Kendall Richards, my salesman spent almost 1 1/2 months finding me the exact car I wanted. I first started talking with him when their website advertised one very close to the one I wanted.  We both learned that it had sold the next day, so he continued looking in the reputable auction sites until he found one that matched my exact requirements.  He then worked on the price, the certification, the warranties (yes, i bought a maintenance plan after they worked with me on the best ones).  I love this car, but just as much, I love Sewell Mini and Kendall for making me the most important customer (I'm certain, however that ALL of their customers are the most important).  I can give a better recommendation, and if you look at my other reviews, it's nearly impossible to get 5 stars.
