I had to pick up a vehicle from Sharp Motor company. They have one of the most beautiful show rooms I have seen. The staff was amazing and made me feel welcome. If you are looking for a vehicle in the area I highly recommend them.

I went to have my AC serviced. I needed a bunch of parts plus, a new fan motor. In the past, there was a problem having mechanics show up for work, thus completely throwing off the “promised to be finished by” portion of service. I mentioned this to Rodney Bailey, the service mgr., he assured me all those issues had been addressed. They finished the work in one day’s turnaround, kept to their estimated cost, and even had their parts runner give me a ride to and from the service area. I’m a happy customer, and will be sure To have my other Ford serviced there too!

I purchased a leftover 2024 Ram 2500 here on 3/20/2024. I took delivery at the gas station on the same date, and the door was scratched. The optional equipment (front license plate, winch rope, and something else) was not installed and was left for me to figure out. They also placed the incentive in the down payment column, so I ended up paying an additional $800 in taxes, license, and fees. They sent the paperwork to the wrong DMV and backdated the sale date of the truck by a week, presumably to meet their sales quotas. As a result, I also ended up paying late fees.

I test-drove the truck (at my local dealer who does not offer incentives) before buying it and did not like it, but I still bought it. Since I couldn’t have two trucks, I sold my old truck, which was a 2022 GM product. The GM truck was much better. I miss it every day, but I got $8k off the Ram. They must have to discount these trucks to move them, and everyone who buys them is not buying a better truck. There are similarly priced but much better value trucks from different manufacturers.

So, to summarize, I received factory incentives, bought a subpar truck, overpaid on taxes, license, and fees, but I am giving this dealership 5 stars for participation. Yay, go Sharp!
