I went there on a Saturday looking for a Ram 1500. I spoke with Eric who was immediately helpful.  He made the whole process so easy  from start to finish.  I would also like to thank the sales manager Anthony and especially the finance manager Kate. Kate took her time to find me the most affordable deal and went above and beyond. Will continue to recommend this place to everyone!   I would like to add to the 1st review.  I went back a few days later and had an issue with another truck I purchased from another dealership.  Kate was there again as well as the sales manager who I wish I could remember his name and a sales associated who went above and beyond.  They were able to get me out of the truck from the other dealer and make my payments very affordable.  The whole team is great ans Kate really helped me with a bad situation.  I am a life long customer.  Great place!

My son bought his first vehicle from Sheehy GMC. He found the vehicle online, negotiated the trade-in and sale online and over the phone. We arrived just after noon on a busy Saturday and met with Eric Jones. He was very professional, explained the trade-in / purchase process and warranty options clearly. After the test drive Eric answered most of our questions and the one he could not readily answer he had the service manager handle. It was a very pleasant purchase experience. People make the difference. If you want fair and honest treatment with no shady dealings go see Eric. My wife and I went to Sheehy GMC on a rainy Sunday so I could show her the inside of a Sierra. Eric greeted us in the lobby and was very helpful showing us two different models, letting both of us drive and giving us the space we needed to make a decision. As we talked numbers Eric was transparent about dealer fees, rates and the buying process. In fact, Eric and the sales manager went over and above to give me a fair number for my trade in. During closing Kate, the financial manager, was amazing. While dealer options for protection and other things were mentioned, at no time did it come off as a sales pitch and nothing was pushed. Facts were presented and I was allowed to make a decision based on my needs. Outstanding service!
