I really enjoyed my experience with the Service Department at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. The establishment is always great with greeting guests and handing off to a service advisor. My service advisor was Ray and I really enjoyed working with him. He listens to your concerns and provides an overview of next steps. There were several areas that needed repair on my vehicle so he provided a nice video of the repairs. Throughout the process I felt comfortable with him as a partner in making decisions about which services were critical and which have a longer lead time. When I came to pick up my vehicle his excellent customer service continued. Ray has a great personality, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. Additionally I had the pleasure of meeting the professional that performed the work on my vehicle. I can tell that Tom is passionate about his work and getting things right for the customer. Overall just a really nice experience. One that I hope continues!
