Great experience with the dealership and particularly my salesman Mike Zeller.  Great communication and no hassle.  Mike was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and he was super personable.  I would recommend you see him if you are looking for a new or used car. Dealership was low pressure and very accommodating.  Mike B was a pleasure to work with.  I have had 2 wranglers plus countless other cars.  I am very happy with my 2023 Bronco.  Lots more room than the wrangler.  I did not max out on options and trim level but everything is good enough and fun enough.  I prefer never to put the top up!

Outstanding Customer service. I was looking for a pre-owned Ford Explorer and one popped up online at Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg. It was exactly what I was looking for and the price was right. They were short-staffed, so I waited for a couple of hours to process the paperwork. The sales manager, Alex, was apologetic and offered to have the vehicle delivered to me (1 hour away) and to have my trade in picked up, as an accommodation for my wait. Then, when the vehicle was delivered, it had not been cleaned properly, so the salesman, Zach, arranged for me to return it and it was completely detailed. Sometimes things aren't right the first time, and the real mark of customer service is what they do to make things right. Here, they made things right. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!
