I can honestly say I have never had such a wonderful experience at a car dealership. I have been taking my 2018 VW Golf to Sheehy for about 3 or 4 years now. I wish I had started taking my car here sooner! Erin Anderson is my favorite. I really like working with everyone in the service department at Sheehy Springfield, but Erin is the best. She is professional, kind, respectful and I am always looking forward to seeing her when I take my car in annually. The online appointment scheduler is easy to navigate; Erin helps me understand what needs to be done to my car in a professional and caring manner and I just appreciate that she likes her job so much to continue to work at Sheehy. I've had horrible experiences at other dealerships where service team members don't stay from year to year, but I recognize team members who are still at Sheehy and still love their jobs. I can't thank Sheehy enough for making me feel like a valued customer and person!
