After an engine blow, Mark Stillwagon set me back on a path with my currently purchased truck. The previous owner had traded in the vehicle without notifying the dealer of any issue. I ended up with the issue. After many weeks of phone calls, emails and driving back up to Denver to pick up my truck, it was worth it. The truck runs great now and I have purchased my own personal "3rd party warranty" on my vehicle. Thank you short line for helping me get back in my vehicle and on the road again.

I came here after a dealer down south was giving me the run around on a simple warranty repair. Shortline Buick GMC took care of me, no questions asked. The issue had occurred on my 23 Canyon, with the windshield needing to be repaired to due to a loud whistling sound that would occur in the cabin during warm days while driving on the highway.  My issue has now been corrected. Everyone I've spoken with has been a pleasure to work with. My only regret is not purchasing my Canyon from Shortline Buick GMC.
