Had a excellent experience with my purchase of a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport. Our salesman Nelson was from the very beginning professional, courteous, and patient. He thoroughly showed us all the features of the vehicle and answered all our questions. He was never pushy or condescending, but attentive and humble. I went to see several other brands to compare, but I quickly felt the difference in customer service and product knowledge from salesmen few other places I visited. I returned to Subaru of Monrovia and asked for Nelson again. He had gone out of his way to have the vehicle prepared for a second test drive, and it all went great. I am absolutely satisfied with the vehicle, the service, and the price. The sales manager was also outstanding, professional, and never condescending.  I will be a customer for life. I feel I got a great deal, the car I wanted at the price fut my budget.  I flipped on the sport mode and sped out of the dealership!
