We recently purchased a 2019 Ford F150 Lariat and we couldn’t be more pleased. Our experience from beginning to end was outstanding! Oganes kept in constant contact with us for every detail he is a true professional. I was a bit nervous about buying out of state but Oganes and his team made it so comfortable for us. So I was looking at cars for months something with low mileage and great price. I seen the Hyundai Genesis on their page and went and looked at it and fell in love. Talked to Eric test drove it and put down a deposit. Process was easy to put down deposit held it till I bought it. No high pressure selling. Up front with everything. Young Guy there. Great guy's and good dealership. I'm still interested in the vehicle. I need to convince my wife to let me buy Maserati ????????????????. Happy Wife happy Life ????. I say she will give in Sooner hope then Later. So far guys been very Solid ???? with me. Guys there from what I seen so far. All good salesman. No one has tried to pressure me either. Another reason I'm doing everything I can to get my wife to say. Yes ?????????????????????????. For the car guys have been great about. I even was allowed to take car and show my Wife. I thought I had it bought. My Wife ???? very tight with our Money. I do appreciate her for that. Still does not mean I do not want the car. I do want it and doing everything I can to buy. I reached out to Silver Star Motors after another car deal (disaster) fell through.  They had the exact SUV I was looking for, newer year, higher trim package, and lower miles than the other one I was considering at a better price.  After reaching out to them, Oganes was very responsive to all of my questions.  I made an appt to visit yesterday afternoon and met with Eric.  This was a completely no pressure, no stress, excellent car buying experience.  Eric let me test drive the car on my own.  There is no negotiating on the price, but they are at wholesale prices, extend the savings to their customers, and had just dropped the price on the SUV I was interested in that day.  GREAT pricing!  They had already provided me with out the door pricing, no hidden fees, so I knew what to expect.  The SUV was immaculate, freshly detailed, in like new condition, and still under factory warranty.  Eric was personable, professional, efficient, and walked me through the forms for my purchase.  I was in and out the door in about an hour and a half, including a long test drive, stopping at my bank, and asking a lot of questions.  I am so happy with my new car and would highly recommend Oganes, Eric, and the team at Silver Star Motors.  Thank you so very much!

After searching online for weeks, my husband finally found some cars that fit the criteria he was looking for at Silver Star Motors. After texting back and forth with Oganes Tovmasyan a few times, we decided to make the 5+ hour trip (one way) to see the vehicles in person. Oganes kept in communication with us and was there when we arrived, with keys ready for test drives. We test drove 3 vehicles, and he made it super simple and quick. He then spent time with us showing both the original damage to the vehicles (they had rebuilt titles), and what exactly Silver Star had done to get them back in pristine condition. He stayed late to get all of the paperwork completed once we made a decision, so the next morning we were able to just bring in a cashier's check and get the vehicle. Before we left, Oganes spent quite a bit of time with us going over all of the features and how they work to ensure a safe trip home. He was well-prepared, knowledgeable about each individual vehicle, and guided us to a purchase without being pushy at all. We appreciated his professionalism very much, enjoyed working with him, and would not hesitate to consider making that trip again to purchase from Silver Star!
