Murphy’s law … driving our new (used 2020) Ford Transit van home to Arizona from Dallas we started experiencing major van vibration issues and the “check engine” light went on.
We were in New Mexico at the time, so we  checked to see where the nearest Ford service department was on google. Smith Ford in Lordsburg, NM was only about 30 miles away and had great reviews.
We called and talked to “Ryan” in the service department and he said that they would be able to help us when we arrived …Thank Goodness!
They took the van right in and gave it a diagnostic test and looked it over as we waited in a very comfortable customer area.
Evidently, it was a split rear tire, so we are very thankful we stopped And that it was some thing fairly minor.
We feel that we were treated very fairly, and the customer service was awesome!
