We had such an amazing experience at Somerworth Nissan from beginning to end! Starting with Dustin who was extremely helpful with listening to what we were looking for and finding the perfect car, it was very obvious he loves what he does. We met with Dylan at Nissan on the day of purchase, he was so  friendly with a great sense of humor and seemed just as excited as us about the car, he made it extremely fun! Dave from finance helped us with the paperwork, he was super nice and made sure we understood everything that was being signed!

At the same time, we had our older truck being serviced. Another great experience! Jason and the service team did an amazing job on our truck (it was in desperate need of some TLC). When we picked up the truck, the detailing Gilbert did on it was unreal, it looked and smelled brand new. I felt like I left that day with two new vehicles!!!

Thank you all SO MUCH!! You made what initially felt like a stressful situation into one of the best experiences we have ever had at a dealership. We will 100% be lifelong customers and recommend you to anyone we know in need of a new car, service or detailing!

My wife and I are, let's say, older folks.   We've bought a lot of cars in our lifetimes, and we have never had the experience Somersworth Nissan provides.  It's simply so different we can honestly say buying there was a pleasure.

From the fact that you stay in one place, and everyone from sales to ownership to finance comes to you.   The fact that you're given a tour of their service department, and inspections are "free for life".   The fact that they have the instrumentation that tells you everything from your need, or do not, for an alignment to the condition of your tires as you drive over it.   The light atmosphere, and COMPLETE LACK OF PRESSURE to buy made this an amazing experience.

our Salesman, Daniel, and his Manager, Dustin worked to meet what WE wanted, not what they wanted to sell.   No secret "meetings with the Manager".    No "What do we have to do to get you in this car today".   No bologna.   Just people who desired our business and were willing to be hyper flexible to get it.

We can't say enough.   It was actually a fun experience, and we appreciated that as much as we do our new vehicle.

I would like to also say they are very consistent, keeping the service bay pristine clean! It’s great every time I go there not only are the employees incredible But they also managed to take time out of their day to make sure that their customers come into a very clean Drive service bay! Brad from Somersworth Nissan Does a great job at making sure the service bay is kept up with and always clean for the customers I think it’s important for customers to see Clean while running serviceable area and Brad is incredible at making sure that everything is clean For all customers

If you haven’t been to Somersworth, Nissan , I highly recommend that you go there check out their service drive + Their sales department. This is a dealership of excellence in my mind.

Troy and I had a wonderful experience here with Evan! Customer service was through the roof and the newly renovated building is an excellent environment. The cars are in excellent condition and this dealership is an amazing place to purchase. This is our second vehicle and we are more than pleased to have worked with Evan and his staff today!
