From the moment I arrived, Jake greeted me right on time with a welcoming attitude and took the time to clearly explain the issues with my Jeep. He walked me through the service options, gave realistic time estimates, and made the whole process feel transparent and stress-free.

Ivan did excellent work on my Jeep—it now drives so much smoother with the new battery, tires, and alignment. I could immediately feel the difference on the road, and it gave me peace of mind knowing the job was done right.

I’m glad I chose to make the drive to this location. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly, which has not always been my experience at other shops. An added bonus is that the location is close to parks and the beach, so I was able to bring my dogs along and enjoy a walk while my car was being serviced.

Overall, I highly recommend this service center.

Ask for Dylan!! He was very transparent, honest, and patient with process of me buying my car. I had lost a car previously from another dealership that did me dirty, sold me a lemon; and I was terrified at trusting another dealership. Dylan made it very safe and to the point, no back and forth or unnecessary bargaining. He had my car detailed and polished prior to driving off in the same day, the sale was smooth and not traumatizing at all. Super thoughtful and great customer service!

Ish also helped with this process of finalizing the sale, did not go back and forth and made it a very honest and transparent process. Was not pushy and stayed after hours for me to feel comfortable and not rushed when signing everything.
