The ordering process was easy and the staff was very friendly. My only issue was the purchase came at the end of the month and I was pressured too strongly to close the deal that day so that they could make their sales numbers. I had a better offer for my trade-in than they were offering which delayed the deal 2 days. Other than that, the purchase and the financing went smoothly.
