We bought a 2023 Traverse - our first Chevy ever- and it won’t be our last because the experience with Randy Bell our sales rep and his sales manager Ryan Ortiz was beyond spectacular. Both before, during and after our purchase they were fair, patient, honest and lived up to everything they said they would do. We even left our other car at the dealership for the weekend and Randy offered and then brought us the car to our house - this was after the sales was finalized. He didn’t have to do it and shows he cares so I will definitely be back when it’s time for another purchase.
