I spoke with the manager Justin first thing. He was friendly and assured me that they would do their best to find me a car today. I met with my salesman, Jonathan. There was so much that could have been wrong and I almost left. Then I met Tim!!! Tim chased me down after I gave up for the day because of the monthly payment. I was leaving. On Monday, Aug. 12th I went to Auto Nation for an oil change. I had purchased my own oil and I just needed them to put it in for me. I was met by a service writer who told her name was  Precious. She immediately gathered the information from my car and had it taken into the garage. In just about one hour, Precious advised me my car was ready and I was on my way. I appreciate the prompt service I was given and the good job they did.
