I just want to say that today has been a whirlwind!  I had a friend change the oil in my outback, and they accidentally drained the transmission!  I called Harley Swain and the service desk was so kind and understanding and got me in the same day.  BUT, while I was there I saw the Crosstrek I have been drooling over this year and Tiffany Rieg an amazing saleswoman there took me for a test drive and worked with me to trade in the outback for my dream car.  She was so friendly and warm I will definitely be coming to her for all my Subaru needs!!! And Gary in the finance office got me an AMAZING APR%. This has been the best car shopping experience I have ever had!!  10/10 Highly recommend going to Tiffany Rieg if you are thinking about buying a new Subaru!!
