This was the best dealership experience I've ever had. I went specifically to see Carlos based on a referral from another friend who recently bought a Crosstrek. He did not disappoint at all. There was no hard sell, and he is extremely down to earth and easy to talk to. The service he provided was outstanding and he answered all of my questions and really took his time with me, both during the negotiation process as well as when I went to pick up my new car. I LOVED that they were able to run sheets right away of all the expected costs - base cost, fees, tax, etc. - so I knew exactly what I would pay and could make an informed decision. I feel like I got my car at a reasonable price and I know my Subaru will hold its value. Even my experience in the finance office, which - let's face it, everybody dreads - was pleasant. Ray skipped over all of the things that they usually try to upsell you on because he knew I wasn't interested and he did not waste my time. He also gave me a discount on the warranty I wanted and I felt like the entire experience was so pleasant and efficient. I am very happy with my new car and to join the Subaru family! You do not need to be a slimy, manipulative salesman to sell a car. I wish every dealership operated like this one.

The service tech who helped me reset my onscreen maintenance alert notification is a rock star.  My car wasn’t serviced there, but the tech took 10 minutes from his schedule to reset and show me “how to” reset my dashboard service notification system. Again, “thank you”. It’s the service techs who are important and keep me safely on the roads. You are appreciated and noticed.  It’s the little things that people notice and the overall customer service that keep customers coming back.
