If you are buying a Subaru this is the place to go, I went to three different Subaru dealers and even though this was NOT the closest to me, it is the place to buy from.  Make sure to ask for Ms. Merva Jackson, they are not pushy, just give you the info take you on the test drive and let you do your thing.  No pressure, it was great!

The sales process was smooth and easy. Alex Caballero, my sales consultant from whom I bought a few other cars, continues to be the highlight of the experience. He is more like a friend and less like a Salesman. He shows you the car, educates you about the features, answers questions about the vehicle honestly even if the answers showcase the fact that the car isn't perfect. He is not pushy, lets you take your time making a decision, and provides good service even after the sale helping you with other things ( arranging service and getting swag for the vehicle)

Financing and insurance departments was also quick and smooth. Had a couple of minor wrinkles in the prep of the vehicle, but Alex is helping me straighten them out.

Overall I'm very happy with Subaru of Pembroke pines, both of the sales process and later on through the service department as well.
