So glad we came here to buy our new vehicle. Losing a car you loved in an accident is devastating, even when it wasn't your fault. I was very anxious about getting a new vehicle to replace it. I just wanted to say thank you to Subaru for giving me the best Salesman “Baylor Campbell”. He was such a blessing of helping me find the right car that suited my needs and listening of what I wanted. And most of all being patient with me during the whole process he even helping me with financing and teaching me about financing from start to finish, helping me find affordable payments and price. After months of searching for the perfect vehicle I was able to sync up with Matt and Steve at Subaru of Puyallup. Matt was extremely knowledgeable about their vehicles and worked with me for a long time to find me the right fit. When I finally saw the car I’d been looking for, I came straight to Matt to see what he could do for me. Matt and Steve put together an awesome deal for me and made me feel solid about my first big car purchase. Lastly, Pablo, the finance manager, was also extremely helpful. I have always been a Toyota girl, but decided to check out Subaru, as they had a dark green color available. I was teamed up with Jimmy Barber and I couldn't have been more lucky. Jimmy is incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, did I mention patient?! He was very personable and friendly and never once was pushy or your "typical car salesperson". He helped me test drive several cars and answered numerous questions in person and through texts. I can now say that I am proud owner of Forester! If you are looking for a new car, I highly recommend asking for Jimmy! He's one cool cat! ????

I’ve been looking at new cars for awhile, but I just went today to get my oil changed. Started chatting with Leon Sims and we looked at a new Outback. No pressure, just waiting for my service to be done. We ended up going for a test drive. He ran the numbers so that I had an idea of what I was looking at.
