Best car purchase experience I have ever had. I purchased a new vehicle using Costco auto purchase program and there was no pressure, no hassle, and I got a great discount. Listen, and listen good! Amazing car dealerships are difficult to find. But, because I found one, I want to share my experience with you. A car is not just a car, and when you combine that car with the best staff — from sales to service — you tell people. You tell lots of people! After my wife’s accident, we were in need of a replacement vehicle for her. We never thought about Subaru. We decided it wouldn’t hurt to look. Well, we purchased a Subaru Forester for her and, because I was SO impressed by her vehicle, I purchased my own Subaru Legacy. Let me remind you, I made these purchases, not only because of the vehicle’s superiority compared to other vehicles, but because of the staff. I cannot stand when companies say they’ll treat you like family. You can always forgive family for wrongdoings. These people SHOW you that you’re like family. I’ve attached photos of a trip I took to the Midwest and back to illustrate the road conditions I traveled on. Let me tell you that you CANNOT beat the all wheel drive that Subaru, in my opinion, has perfected. Thank you, Todd, George, Kathy, for everything!

We visited Subaru of Surprise just looking at prices and what options the vehicles had to offer. It was a no pressure visit and we received a lot of great information. We went home to talk things over.

We returned on the following Monday with a car in mind and went for a test drive. Again during this process there was no pressure. We went through the Costco car buying program and it was extremely easy. We were happy with the offer on our trade in and ended up leaving with the exact car we wanted. They never tried to put us into a more expensive model. They gave us 2 free years of oil changes which is standard at the time of this writing.

About 10 days after our purchase we were scheduled with Tina who gave us great information about how the car and technology work. It’s optional if you want this hour appointment. They also hold a dinner for new owners at the dealership which is another unexpected benefit to get to know the employees and other owners.

We loved our purchase so much and the experience my husband decided he wanted a new Subaru also when we were at our appointment with Tina. He test drove an outback wilderness and really liked the vehicle. We went home again to talk about it and ended up back at the dealership to buy his car. We are extremely happy with both of our new vehicles and highly recommend Subaru if Surprise.
