The service was extraordinary!   The team of people from the check-in process to the mechanic, and checkout was top service the whole way.  The mechanic came to the waiting room to give me updates and let me know about progress.  It was the like the surgeon providing updates along the way.  Any updates on parts or other things he noticed that may need attention in the future he was able to identify for me; and he provided a quote on those items.  The pricing to replace the thermostat and housing was reasonable.  This is a top tier dealership where their customers are treated with kindness, respect, and love.  A warm family environment. Sarah was so great to work with.  She answered my questions quickly through email.  I had a lot of questions too. We got a great price and no sales gimmicks. She went over everything in the car and explained what it was.  She even called me to check to see if I needed help setting things up in my trail blazer since all of the technology is different. They have free inspections and car washes too which is a bonus. I have been to other dealerships, and this is the number one place to go.  They really care:) We will need a new truck in a few years and will definitely go back to Sun Chevrolet.
