Mathew Harvey, product specialist at Suntrup, is one of the most fantastic individuals to work with when purchasing a new vehicle. James Bullock went above and beyond to help me get my Subaru forester! It had been listed as wholesale on the website mistakenly, and he saw it on the lot and was proactive in getting me there before a number of people who were interested in it knowing it would go fast. I was in a nasty total loss car accident and had been really struggling with poor customer service at other dealerships, so I really appreciated how smooth he made this process. I went in a few weeks ago to check out a car someone had told me about even though I wasn't really in the market for a new one.  I ended up purchasing the 2022 Corvette Stingray.  Probably the smoothest purchase I have ever made buying a vehicle in the last 20+ years.  My salesman, Lazarus and the Finance Manager were professional and respectful.  My son, a former car salesman, tagged along the next day when I finalized the deal to make sure everything was on the up and up.  He was happy with the financing I received and how I was treated.  That is a WIN in my book.

I purchased my Kia Soul in February 2024 and I love it.  I've already written a review of the salesman, who was very helpful and who found just the right car for me, but I also want to mention Ashley Gartner who is the Experience Manager at this location.  She has been so helpful to me.  I have called the location with several questions and she has always been willing to quickly help. My most important issue was that I lost my paperwork for registering my car after I got home on the day of  my purchase.  I called and she helped me secure copies of everything.  Then I had trouble locating the account for my finance company and she helped me with that too.  I appreciate her patience, professionalism, and quick responses!!  This is a great dealership to work with.
