For a first time buyer you expect a pushy experience (which is what I got at Michael's Toyota of Bellevue), but not here. Michael Bishop even gave me some lessons driving manual and a ton of advice. I got a follow up call from the manager the next day who gave me some tips on autocross and the like.

I was able to drop my car off the afternoon before and was told what was covered by my maintenance plan. They offered to clean filter near the hybrid battery for an extra fee but didn’t pressure me, just advised to have it done at some point.
Waited less than 5 minutes to pick it up afterward. No surprises.

Manager was really nice and kind but the salesman Alejandro was amazing. Was negotiating for a blue GR86 with Alejandro and got the price I wanted fast and without problems unlike other dealerships (Michael's Toyota of Bellevue). 11/10 would buy a car from them again!
