I only stopped here to clean out my truck that had been totaled and turn in the keys for it.
That being said, the people here were amazing. They went out of their way to help me, and could it not have been nicer or more sympathetic to my needs!
They answered every question. I had about my truck and about the process that they had access to. They told me all the things that were wrong with my truck and explained to me why the insurance estimate was so far off, and it all came down to the fact that the frame had to be replaced!

I've leased 2 cars and then bought my third from this place. Each time, things went smoothly, and I had no complaints. But the reason for the 5 star is honestly because of the amazing service team. I was in a terrible front-end collision and had to take my car to a Ford collision (insurance reasons). $7k worth of work later, and my AC unit didn't work. The people at Ford kept blowing me off and making me feel stupid. Finally, i took it to Dodge for a real diagnostic. Everyone made me feel heard, and they were able to fix the problem within 2 hours. The woman I worked with even told me how to submit the receipt to my insurance for reimbursement since this was part of the accident repairs. Thank you to everyone there!!
