This is my first experience dealing with BMW, and I have to admit, they exceeded all of my expectations. I was interested in purchasing a 2024 M3, so I reached out to see if they had one in stock. They did, and invited me in for a test drive. When I arrived, the car was already out front and ready to go. I was greeted by Keenan, who was the sales representative that assisted me. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He answered all of my questions, and even went with me on the test drive. Unfortunately, the one they had in stock wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, however, Keenan and the sales manager, Sam Jones, were able to locate the perfect match for me in Columbia. They had the car delivered the following day, and I completed the purchase. When I picked up my car, they had it in the showroom, looking beautiful. At that time, one of the “BMW geniuses” named Jett, sat me in the car to go over every last little bit of the numerous tech features this car has.   Now I’m tearing up the streets with my new M3.  If you’re in the market for a new BMW, ask for Keenan, he will take good care of you.
