My experience buying a used year old car was very streamlined and welcoming. Tony was my representative in the transaction and from beginning to end was friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. If I had concerns he gladly made sure they were resolved by finding out and problem solving. The test drive and walkthrough was enjoyable as well. They both were extremely helpful and patient as I found the perfect car for me, and made a typically stressful situation extremely easy. Also Byron in the Finance Department was terrific!

Best experience I ever had buying a new car. My wife and I had been shopping for a new Red Toyota  Rav 4 Premium for weeks in the Bay Area and were exhausted. We had avoided Mazda but my wife wanted to checked out a Mazda in Vallejo. Ironically we found the car we had been looking for on-site, Mazda Red CX5 AWD Premium. It was a great deal, well within our cash budget with more amenities than we anticipated from other dealerships - significantly less out the door with an eight year full service contract.  The sales folks were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and resourceful.  Kudos to Vallejo Mazda for the excellent services. In addition, this vehicle is very well constructed and a pleasure to drive. Incidentally, ask for sales rep Chris and he’ll even polish the car for you.

Just bought a Mazda CX-5 from the DGDG Group @ the Vallejo Auto Mall off I-80.  I drove over 60 miles to check out the vehicle due to 1) their immediate response to my inquiry, and 2) their exceptional pricing policy.  Better than all that was the relaxed & honest atmosphere, and personal interactions with the Sales & Finance staff (I brought my own financing, but Finance does all the “legalese paperwork” for your purchase, so don’t panic - no strong arm tactics).

I cannot say enough about my interactions with Mike in Sales, & Byron in Finance.  Each was straight up & direct, yet fully aware that they needed to make me, the customer, feel confident with the quality of the product & fairness of the overall purchase experience.  As a 71-year old who has been buying cars for over half a century, I’ve experienced all kinds of “car sale” interactions.  Mike & Byron treated me with the respect due any adult, but did not pander to me as if I was some semi-senile senior citizen.  I appreciated that!

While my purchase was of a Mazda (my third Mazda product, starting back in the 80’s with a 626), I’m certain Mike & Byron would treat any potential customer equally well.  If you’re interested in any Mazda, Chevrolet, or Cadillac product, I would suggest you go see the DGDG Group first!  I’m reasonably confident they will come up with a vehicle and price that will save you having to go somewhere else to purchase.  Since Mike is the Internet Director, he is very experienced in answering customer questions over the phone, or online.

Since the “true teller” question always seems to be whether or not you’d buy another vehicle from a specific dealer, my answer for the DGDG Group is an emphatic YES!
