I bought my “new to me” car from Volkswagen of Hayward and I had a wonderful buying and selling experience. Connie was my sales woman and she is so sweet. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. During the test drive we had a wonderful conversation while she was telling me the features of the car. After the test drive, we went back to the dealership where I worked with Yama and Ray to help finance my new car. Yama walked me through all my financial options and was very professional without being pushy. I was so appreciative of that since buying a car can be stressful. Afterwards, Ray talked me through all the paperwork and made sure I understood what I was signing. I had a few questions after I left and it was easy to get a hold of someone to answer my questions. I most definitely would come back to purchase another car or suggest them to friends and family. If you want a relaxed and stress-free car buying an experience, seriously check them out.

We had a great experience with VW Hayward. Worked out the pricing over the phone and picked up the car a few days later.
