He was straight forward with everything and quick to get me what I needed . Also the whole staff is very friendly and helpful . They offered drinks snacks and pizza as we sat there and waited . This was my 2nd  oil change after purchasing my Santa Cruz about 6 months ago. Very pleasant experience, again. Very comfortable waiting area. Was in/out in about a hour.  No problems with the work completed. I drive about an hour to take my Santa Cruz to Texan Hyundai because I like the service dept. There is a Hyundai dealership much closer to home,  but I know nothing about them.
When I find a place that I like, I tend to stick with that place. It does not take but one bad technician to screw your vehicle up for the rest of your days.

Valerie and Chance were really great!  They allowed me to step through the process without any pressure.  While working through the monthly payments, Chance was professional and we could tell he cared about us.  I was disappointed the car was dropped off a day late (it required an inspection from manufacturer to dealership), but you can’t help traffic. I’m really happy with my purchase!  I feel like the Ioniq 5 was made for me.
