Let me tell you, Todd and his team were not only prepared for my arrival, but made the entire experience a breeze, pleasant even. Muriel in finance was so sweet and fun to talk to. This lot may be new, but these folks are amazing and really bring that southern hospitality to the table.

We hated Cecil Toyota in orange, I went there in a rage because they had gave us a bad battery a year prior and it was causing us problems. I went there expecting terrible customer service and push back. Upon arriving, I was met with grace and understanding for my problem. I felt confused, the whole staff looked different and they were SO PLEASENT. Then a salesman named Cameron walked in and started asking me a few questions that got me hooked (we were in the market for a new vehicle, but dealerships are stressful!) Well Cameron made the initial visit not stressful at all! While I waited for my car to be fixed (at not cost to me, just labor), Cameron asked me general questions of what I was looking for in a vehicle. He didn’t pressure me or give me a feeling that I needed to buy that day. Just a simple conversation. I felt like I was talking to someone who cared and wasn’t just trying to sell me anything for a paycheck. I left and almost forgot about it, then Cameron texted me and wanted to let me know that they got some more used inventory if I wanted to look online. I did just that and found a GREAT DEAL on this truck. We went back and ran numbers, and we all know this is a lengthy process, but Cameron is a great conversationalist and made time fly! This was down right the greatest experience I’ve had at any dealership and I felt like Texana Toyota (previously Cecil) deserved a shout out for the lengths they went to make sure they are in no way related to Cecil. And an even bigger shout out to Cameron the salesman! He was the entire reason I gave them a chance! And the biggest shout out to my man because he made this possible and now my kids fit comfortably and look good driving around in it! ?
