Fantastic car buying experience. In fact, this was the only time that I have ever actually enjoyed buying a car from a dealership. Kim was fantastic with communication, hospitality, was very friendly, and she moved the process along with high efficiency. Other dealerships in the past have seemed to only treat me like a number, and seemed to want to keep me there all day without respecting my time, but not at Thomasville Ford. The sales manager, Chris, was also great. When we discussed pricing, he didn't disappear to the back for half an hour at a time, rather was quick to find out what he could and couldn't do, and we quickly came to an agreement. I can't comment on the service side of the house, although the sales side that I dealt with was phenomenal and I highly recommend them. I drove to Thomasville from Tallahassee for my car, rather than going through the closer dealership, and am very glad that I did.
