I was in Missouri from Texas for a family reunion and my Air conditioning and a couple other issues went out on my XT5. Thompson Cadillac, Springfield, got me in immediately and the service guy(wish I remembered his name) knew immediately what it was. They had my thermostat replaced within the hour. Very courteous and friendly staff. I was worried because I needed to leave for home, Texas, in two days and at the time it was 106° there and through Oklahoma to get home. I would recommend this service team to anybody.
