I wanted a very specific GMC Sierra 1500 truck, and had been researching and looking for it for 18+ months in SAC, RSV, DVS, and all around. Visited several dealerships and car sales lots. Received lots of pressure from sales people and even mistreatment from some because the wanted only their terms, and all of them lost their opportunities. I found Kyle to be very attentive, no pressure at all, informative, and listener to what I was looking for not only in terms of the truck itself, but the terms I was prepared to offer and accept. I had the most pleasant experience with him, and extraordinary with Brad, sales manager. We went over the deal and they provided exactly what I was requesting.  The truck needed a couple of items, and between Kyle and Brad, they made totally sure I was to receive them, and they came through with it.
