Literally the BEST car buying experience I’ve had. I had no intention of driving an hour away from home when there are so many other Toyota dealerships between my home and Placerville, but the experience and communication between myself and Genaro, my salesman, was excellent. Genaro was kind, incredibly professional, honest, and fully transparent in every interactions. I also appreciate the help I received from Jim the finance manager and the general manager too!  The dealership is warm and inviting and there were, thankfully, no hovering sales people waiting to pounce on the next person to roll onto the lot looking for a new car. I will be recommending Thompsons Toyota to as many people as I can. Such a great experience.

Bought a new Tundra at Thompson’s and experience was great.   Easy process but there is more to the story.   I was going to buy a Tundra then delivery was delayed, so I went with a Ford F150 hybrid. Big mistake.  After 3+ months Ford bought it back under the lemon law.    Back to Thompson’s.    They were good and gracious to assist me in getting the right truck brought in.   Thank you  I look forward to getting my truck serviced up there, great personable service throughout the process.  Kudos to sales guy Bill and Sales Manager Ronny for helping me out and being patient
