Purchased my first RAM 1500 last week. I can say this has been my best experience ever buying a vehicle. Craig was great to work with. I was messaging him before hand and arranged to come on my lunch break. He had the vehicle I asked to look at sitting in the front along with several other options I asked to look at right away. We found one that would work within a price range I was comfortable with. We did a quick test drive. He offered for me to take it home for an extended test drive so I could have my wife and kids see it before purchasing but I didn't have time to swap the car seat so I told him I'd be back after work. He has the truck ready for me with one last signature. I took it home and my family really liked it. That was my first time doing an extended test drive and that made me feel much less rushed and look at it without someone watching me the entire time and that was a nice experience. Negotiated final numbers with him and purchased the truck that night.
Taff was great to work with during the final financing piece and Noah Gunter has been great to reach out to for accessories.
Overall very happy and wouldn't hesitate to come back again!
