My husband and I went in to Tim Dahle Mazda last night to look into a car we were interested in and we were helped by Caleb. Buying a car isn't my favorite thing to do, but Caleb was wonderful. The service department is pretty great. Today I was helped by Nick.  They  were friendly, efficient and actually reasonably priced. With that being said I’ve stopped leaving reviews, because everywhere you go wants one including the self checkouts at Walmart. I wanted to leave this review because they are exceptionally nice, helpful, and polite and it’s rare to have that human interaction.

I worked with Rob Lacy and Juan who were absolutely fantastic. They answered every question we had and were great to work with. 5 stars on their part!

Unfortunately at the end of the transaction we had to deal with Mike in finance who was extremely rude and disrespectful when speaking to my wife, when I was not present. Mike misspelled my wife’s name and still put me as the main on the title even though it’s my wife’s car and she was the primary for the financing. Mike was also very short tempered when we asked for a detail report of the fees we were being charged which ended up having a price that didn’t match what we were promised. Rob and Juan were able to make the whole transaction work but I would advise that anyone avoids Mike in financing at all cost.
