Horrible experience. Purchased a 2016 Enclave, great looking vehicle. Salesman(Ken) assured me that the car was checked out by service with no issues. Within a week the power fluid was low so I added some. 3 days later I had to add fluid again, so I called the dealership to get it checked out. Service looked at it and replaced a gasket and seal. I wanted a 100k mile service since they had it so I paid an additional $1000 for a transmission flush, engine flush, and spark plug replacement.  Upon inspection they found the brakes at 0mm. I spoke with William the service manager.  He was very sympathetic to my needs. Not only did he replace my power steering pump,he installed new rear brakes and put on a set of tires at NO CHARGE. In times like this customer service is huge. This dealership went above and beyond. My daughter and three kids thanks you William.

We bought a used Certified Pre-Owned GMC Acadia from Dan Fiehrer. We were very pleased with the sales process. Dan was easy to work with and we felt no pressure to buy. He made sure the car was detailed and ready for us when we arrived to accept delivery.

We had one issue that was handled perfectly. The 172 point GM CPO inspection showed the tires at 10/32's of an inch (nearly new). Right after getting the car, I took it to Discount Tire who found the tires to be at 5/32's (needing replacement at 4/32's). I sent Dan an email and within 10-15 minutes, William in Service called me. He said that there had been a mistake on the inspection and agreed the tires were original to the car. He offered me a free replacement of the tires and asked what kind of tires I wanted. I told him and they promptly installed them, leaving me a very satisfied customer. We live nearly an hour away from Fiehrer but will be back the next time we need a vehicle!
