Just completed the purchase of a used vehicle through Tom Roush Mazda/Mitsubishi, and I can't speak highly enough of my experience with them! I worked with Brent, and he was very patient with all my questions as a first time car-buyer and super communicative throughout the process. When I scheduled my test drive he had the vehicle pulled up and running when I arrived.

I never felt too pressured by anyone on the team to purchase any sort of add-on warranty/maintenance pkg/etc. (while a variety of good options were made available and explained well, I knew it wasn't something I was interested in personally!), and they also gave me a very reasonable trade in amount on my old car.

They also did a great job showing exactly how the pricing works - I feel like you always hear about car dealers being shady about pricing and random fees, but they gave me a very clear breakdown of every cost right from the start, no surprise fees at the last minute.

I would recommend Tom Roush to everyone. Whenever I need a new vehicle I will be coming back for sure. Garen was the best, super knowledgeable, not pushy, answered all of my questions. You’re lucky to have him on the team. The sales manager was great too. He followed up after we signed and I knew I was in great hands. Mo was awesome as well. I have walked out of a deal with the finance manager before because of how pushy and rude they were. Mo was insightful and genuine.
