I brought my Subaru on Friday 10/4/2024, for a front squeaky brake extended warranty. The service advisor by the name of Christian, was very professional, punctual, and provided the best customer service. Shoutout to the service mechanics, they had my car in and out in no time! It feels like I'm driving in a new car after the work they did to my Ascent.

Can I just state how amazing this dealership is!!! If I was able to give them 100 stars, I would!! My personal experience is the moment we walked in the environment felt amazing. Ryan and Matt were such friendly gentleman, they helped my husband Abraham get a car out after being involved in a car accident and not having a car. Best customer service. This place is nice and clean. They have a coffee dispenser. Love the free coffee. Did I mention it dispenses espressos too!

Nothing less than perfect!
On 3/20/23 I had my 21’ WRX serviced for an ongoing alignment issue and 30k mile recommended servicing. I had Raymond (new service advisor) help me and he was EXTREMELY helpful! He listened to my concerns and kept me updated throughout my wait in the lobby. I would also like to praise the technician that had worked on my vehicle (Eric A.) and any other technician at AV Subaru, after receiving my vehicle the alignment was literally perfect!  I want the service team and technicians recognized because they definitely take pride in their work and it shows!

I will definitely be following up with the management/ leadership team at AV Subaru as I am more than pleased with my experience and want Raymond & Eric A. Recognized for their great work!
