Got a Lexus NX 450h+ last week.   The sales team was phenomenal!!! Unlike other dealerships, they will not turn into the typical sales vulture like most of us have  experienced in the past. Cherie Spaccini and Rex Urasaki handled everything with me over email by providing detailed quotes and understanding my request.  Once we came to an agreement, I made an appointment to come in, test drive the car and sign paperwork.  It was completely painless. Also, since I need to bring the car back for an add on, James Simmons took great care of me by scheduling my appointment and ensuring I get a loaner car. James kept me informed about the progress on my car and I was on my way in a little over 2 hours.  I was pleased with the completed service and waiting room accommodations.
