We had just a few minor things that we weren't happy about. The spec sheet said it had remote start and it did not. We did receive compensation on the price for this. Our salesman was very helpful with this. The truck was taken to the shop to try to buff out a couple spots and only helped slightly. I assumed while it was back there that the dash and carpets would be wiped and vacuumed but they were not. The door lock code could not be found that day. I believe they have since called my husband to give him the info on how to change it. I asked twice if it would be filled with gas and was told yes definitely both times. It was not filled up with gas. My husband filled it with gas when we got home and it cost $73.00. We were also asked if we wanted the extended warranty and to think about it. But when the money man came it was already added in the price and we were told it was about $1000.00 cheaper than other places but never told an exact amount. We got there at 11 am and drove only this truck that I had already called about so it was moved up front and ready. So I'm not exactly sure why but we didn't get done until 4 pm. Just excessively long wait for a done deal sell.
