A few days later I went back and had the opportunity to work with Andrew, he was awesome and I highly recommend him to anyone I know. His honesty about the car I chose made me feel like I made the right decision. He validated my concerns with not having the best experience at a previous shop I bought a car at. Finally, we finished up with Joe in the finance department, he was very thorough and gained my trust within minutes of being there.

Everything went smoothly in the purchase process we had 1 small issue with the car we wanted and seeings how it was an issue we noticed that could be a major problem if not addressed, valley auto has agreed to pay for and replace the part for us! No cost added to original price which is nice. I wish I had looked better at tires as they are studded and we will have to change them soon but we almost always expect to get new tires when buying a used car. Also loved that Dave actually listened to our concerns and helped us find all the buttons to push to make sure it ran well.  It is only the second day with the car but I couldn't be more happy.
