This is the absolute best Nissan dealership I have interacted with….ever.  I asked them to do a full inspection for my Titan that was about to be out of warranty(100k miles) as I decided that financially I’ll have to drive this one till it dies.  They found some huge issues, rectified them without the usual back and forth, and gave me a loaner so that I could get to work for the 9 days they had my truck.  The company culture is as good as I’ve seen, and they made a customer for life.

My initial service advisor was Austin, who immediately jumped up to help me diagnose a blown speaker and write me up for warranty service on the other things, and when I came in to reschedule, Austin was on vacation and Nathan was assigned to cover.

Seamless, fast, courteous, professional, and friendly are just a few of the words I can use to describe the folks at Valley Nissan of Longmont.
