We saw a vehicle online and made arrangements to test drive it the next day.  We met Alex and he was the first impression of the dealership. He was smiling, polite and courteous, and not in a salesman way, but in a gentleman type way.  He did not do the “car sales” back and forth, but instead asked us what we were looking for price-wise and details. He brought the sales manager out,  who confirmed the deal and got us into finance. In finance, we met Pedro (Pj) who had everything drawn up and offered us the details we discussed as part of the deal.  He had different levels and gave us things to consider, but didn't push anything. The deal was done, paperwork complete and us driving out in less than 3.5 hours. Alex, PJ and the rest of the team earned our future business.
