We wanted to buy a car and surprise our daughter, so we went to Vanguard Volkswagen, and they were fantastic. We closed a great deal. Despite it being late on a Saturday when we arrived, the entire team was exceptional—everyone was incredibly helpful, even at that hour. They located the car we wanted in the exact color we desired and even provided a bow to adorn the car.

When our daughter arrived, she was utterly shocked and couldn't believe what was happening. The salesperson who assisted us, Jimmy Kasabri, was exceptionally kind, going above and beyond by capturing a video of the surprise and taking pictures with us. The dealership team was phenomenal; they stayed in touch throughout the process, keeping us informed about when the car would arrive so we could prepare for the surprise.

Absolutely the most amazing customer service! Jimmy was awesome, fast, kind, and just a wonderful all around salesman and person. One thing about Jimmy: He hit a snag with a faulty key fob. I was distraught thinking I wouldn’t get my new car that day. I came in later for some unrelated business and Jimmy came up and said “I found a work around! You can take your car home this evening.” And I did! Nick is an awesome person. He does the financing and paperwork. He’s fast and efficient. Ali was quick with responses and worked quickly. I went from no car to almost a car in a few hours. Something I hadn’t been able to do anywhere else. This was one of the best car buying experiences of my life. Absolutely buy from Vanguard.
